Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Tile ProSource, we want you to be completely satisfied with your renovation project. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on unused, full-box quantities within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Ensure all tiles are in their original packaging and securely palletized or boxed to prevent breakage during transit, as damaged items cannot be refunded.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the return label and RMA form to the outside of your shipment and send it back to our central distribution center via your preferred insured carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned stock for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
